My 15-year-old washer stopped dead, full of water. I called several repair services and left messages, but no one called me back. At the recommendation of my genius plumber, I called Sam at A-Z, who returned my call that evening and was at my house the next morning. He was here for a total 20 minutes, in which time he took my washer to pieces, found the problem, fixed it, and ran the washer through its cycles. Extremely competent and friendly, and it cost a fraction of what I expected to pay. I'm happy to find someone who can service appliances.
