I call my trainer Dr. Brad, because he has helped me make my body and mind healthier. I had gotten to the point that I couldn't do it by myself anymore. Down 30 lbs, from size 18 to 12. Stronger than I've ever been. Every muscle is being worked. I feel so much more comfortable in my skin, not to mention the energy and endurance I've gained. I don't think that I ever want to live without him. It's never boring.I watch the other trainers and they are all awesome. This corner gym has become a family.
