I was prepared to offer this company some leeway as I bought their services with a groupon. Even with having over 50% off, it was a TERRIBLE deal. In three hours, the company only cleaned two bathrooms and the ground level floors. They forgot to clean the toilets in the bathrooms, and left large stains and bits of dust on the floors on the ground level. I spent all day after they left cleaning the rest of the house and cleaning up after their mess. There were large spots on the floor, the counters weren't done, and the woman told me she couldn't clean the tile floor because they were too difficult. When I called the company and asked to speak to a manager, they offered NO assistance whatsoever and did not seem to care that their employee had provided sub-standard service. What a ridiculous waste of time and money. DO NOT USE THEM.
