We boarded our dog over Thanksgiving 2011 holiday for 3 days. After getting home from picking her up we noticed that she was infested with ticks. We have pulled 300+ off of her within 3 days. We have given her 4 baths and still can't get rid of them all. We finally called Richmond Animal Hospital to notify them of their infestation and asked for our dog to be dipped and treated for any infection due to all the bites. The vet was EXTREMELY rude, and took no responsibility. This is the ONLY vet clinic I know of that you are NOT allowed in the back with your animal.
