Nov.18. I guess you have to contact them by phone. Have asked questions on their blog, Emailed them several times all without any response. Will try to do business with them and probably write another review but for now they get only 2 stars for lack of communication. UPDATE Nov.30 I went ahead and made an order with them on Wed. the 16th. Still no response. Tried to call them and the person who answered the phone asked if I could wait and sat the phone on the counter and forgot. I waited a full 30 min. (as per cell phone timer) and gave up. So after 2 and maybe 3 Emails and one phone call I have never have had any contact with them. Wrote on their customer service blog about multiple Emails and the forgotten phone call, hoping to get a response. Added a line about how I should have spent my money locally and it was deleted from their blog. You will only see positive comments on their website. Received my new Ukulele yesterday Nov. 29. Not sure yet how I like it. Definitely think I would have been better shopping locally in person. Maybe if I lived on Oahu and could have went into their store I would have had a better experience with them.? I now give them 1 star, it won't let me rate a ZERO.. \r
