I get a good car wash for my money and polite service every time I go here. But their website drives me insane. Every single page makes you wait through a ""Loading..."" screen. News flash, Paradise: nobody cares how cool your web graphics are if they have to waste precious time staring at a ""Downloading"" bar. I'd just go to another car wash website. Plus I don't see why these graphics take so long. Invest a few thousand bucks in a website upgrade (and in this case, ""upgrade"" means ""keep it simple!"") and fewer people will abandon your site.
