I am there with you. I went to Dr. Boeye for my physical. He does not listen. I told him I have a problem with my eye so he said he would refer me to an eye doctor. I asked him to refer me to Dr. Meister because he had done my surgery on my lids and when I got the referral it was to Dr. Patchett in Auburn. I thought oh well I'll go see him. What a mistake. He told me I had a degeneration and it happens to everyone as they get older! Bull! I wasn't satisfied to I went to Dr. Meister and come to find out I have a tumor in my eye. Had I just gone along with Dr. Boeye's referral who knows what would have happened. Sierra Doctors staff is cold and very impersonal. I feel like a number $$$, not a patient. They told me to go for lab work and did not even tell me whether or not I had to fast. I had to call them and come to find out they had not even sent the orders over to the lab! So I waited 2 days and then went to the lab after fasting for 12 hrs just to be told there were no orders for me there. So I called SD and they tried to blame Sutter Lab. Sutter Lab says this happens all the time. Same thing with prescriptions. If a prescription runs expires it takes an act of congress to get SD to fax a new one. Not to mention the wait time! OMG, I have waited 45 mins in a room just for the doctor to come in and then get called out and the waiting continued. I hate going there!\r more
