I go to Dunkins at least 3 times a day and overall the stores are exellent and correct with my order. I'm sorry I have to say that the store at 1505 Middlesex St. Lowell has got to be the worst, I only go there if I'm in a hurry and always regret stopping. They are almost always wrong with my order and the crew should be replaced with crew members that have an I.Q. of at least 80 and understand the importance of getting orders correct so customers will want to return. Also they should change their lousy attitude. Shame on the Management.
