I cannot say enough good things about this agency. I had no idea this company even existed, and happened to see a brochure at my Dr.'s office. I called to get more information and the very first person I spoke to made me feel so at ease with their knowledge of Alzheimer's disease. I set up an appointment for them to come out and meet with my Dad and I about service for my Mom. We thought Mom was going to have to go to a facility because she just could not be left alone. Dad was not getting out of the house and becoming depressed and his health was starting to suffer. Home Instead matched us with the perfect caregiver who takes such good care of my Mother. She treats her with respect and when she hears the same story about trips to Colorado, or the cat we use to have, it's as if she has heard it for the first time. They started a project together putting all their old photos in scrapbooks, helping Mom to remember and reminisce. My Dad now plays golf again.
