We bought a double stack washer and dryer. From Standard T V on 82nd. Ave. In Portland. We also bought another washer and dryer At the same place. Front load washer and dryer. Has been nothing but problems. We have had it for about 4 months. And have had the repair man out 3 times to fix it. I have spoken to Lois. With no relief. I spoke with the Service manager. (Tye). He stated that once you pulg in your appliance. And it doesnt work. They dont replace.( Standard). I spoke with his boss. He said the same. The control panal is out and they will not stand by what they sell. We havent had a washer for 10 days. With school kids at home. Not good. Also their bait and swich. Is not only wrong but illegal. So my next step would be The BBB. I would not recomend this place to my enemy.
