I just got a boot on my car after being parked in the Rag-O-Rama in Little Five Points lot for less than 2 minutes. I had planned on doing some shopping after grabbing a iced tea (to-go) next door. By the time I returned to Rag-O-Rama (once again, less than two minutes since I had parked) there was a boot on my car put there by Empire Parking Services whom Rag-O-Rama employs to oversee their lot. ...After talking to the manager of the Little Five points store, I was informed there was nothing that could be done for me even though I was there to patronize the store. I had to pay $75 so I could get the boot removed. Dear Rag-O-Rama please reconsider the company you have hired to manage your parking lot. You have forever lost my business and I will do everything in my power to share this with others in hopes that you will come to your senses and start treating your customers and the Little Five Points community with respect.
