My wife and I buy good beer from Majestic about 2 times a week. Last week we purchased 2 6-packs that had an ""enjoy by"" date on them for August 2011. We never would have realized it initially, but the taste was bitter. When my wife called, she got lucky and spoke with Sam (the owner) one her first call. Unfortunately he provided very poor customer service, and when she went in to exchange the bad beer, he was rude! WE WILL BE TAKING OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, I RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME.
1)You have to earn the business Sam, you cant just expect it.
2) Dont over promise and under deliver.
