Spring Brothers replastered my pool not too long ago and it has been leaking since. When I suspected this after a while, they said it was due to new plaster ""curing"" and would slow down after a while... I asked them to investigate this and they blew me off... I eventually hired American Leak Detectors and they found leaks right away- both coming from wall around 2 return jets. ALD said it was from poor replaster job and that Spring Bros should repair since less than year and they ""offered"" one year workmanship guarantee. After 10+ calls into them, they said they would come repair BUT NEVER show up or call! They don't care about customer service or quality workmanship. Now i have to hire another firm, at my added cost to repair. Frustrated!!!!
