I took my Goldwing to JD the service manager for an overheating problem. I even provided a photo of the dash gauge in the red. The motorcycle was runninr @ 252 degrees. He said he would look into it and even though the motorcycle was warranty, he never wrote up a service ticket. He told me it was low on coolant but he could find nothing wrong and that Honda would not authorize the service based on his assessment. They just road it and nver even looked under the hood. I ended up paying an independent mechanic $456. to replace the leaky water pump. R&S has refused to reimburse the cost. Steer clear of this delearship! more
