I loved living there. I was there for two years and only moved because I wanted to be closer to Uptown. The apartments are very clean, new, staff is friendly, maintenence is right on their game, parking is easy. The reason for my 3 stars is because I was on the pool side and it's VERY noisy. I absolutely believe people should be able to enjoy thier deck just not DURING QUIET HOURS (after 10/11 PM). This place really needs to have security patrol the pool area more often and send people back in thier homes after quiet hours. It echos plus if people smoke (which they arent supposed to) it comes right up into your apt/condo. Security needs to monitor this much more closely. \r
In addition, I give it three stars because if they owe you money back, it takes forever to get it. It's going on 3 months now. The office staff on site have been helpful, the corporate office staff in Ohio need to get thier accounting skills together.
