About a week and a half ago I dropped my Klipsch ProMedia 5.1 Ultra's in for service...widely regarded as the best computer speakers ever made even as I write this review even though production stopped shortly after 2003. Within the week and a half they were able to fix them and did an amazing job, I even asked expert-level questions that were professionally answered by the tech who did the work. Their store was loaded with countless repairs both times I went in (once to drop off, once to pick up) showing how well-known and trusted they are. I would not hesitate to return to them for any other electronic-related repairs I would have. Thank you on a job well done!
