I was going to sign a contract with eFusion for IT services but luckily they showed their true colors before I signed. They were supposed to fix our printer issues as part of their initial agreement. They spent over 20 hours at our office and never got this working. They never showed up when they said they would and didn't even call to let me know they would be late or were not coming. I was told by the owner, Charles, that they employed several techs but during a conversation with a tech he told me that he was the only one. When I asked Charles about this he claim the tech had lied to me. Why would a tech lie about this??? They don't seem very trustworthy or intelligent!!!
