wrote a google review on 10/3/11 that let others know about the horrible customer service of this gym. I then thought that I would tolerate their rudeness because my daughter really wanted to keep going. Since the review on 10/3/11 they have treated my daughter badly by telling her she can't come or that I didn't sign a form even when I had paid for October. Today, after dropping my daughter off at class, they told her she is no longer enrolled. When she called me, Dawn, the very rude manager said that the owner saw my bad review on google, they thought it best that my daughter go to another gym. They did this in front of my daughter. Most of the parents I have spoken with regarding this gym have had very bad experiences here.
