At 52 years old, decided to get my ears pierced. Jeff went out of his way to acommodate my schedule. He was polite, respectful, and really had a lot of knowledge. Work area was spotless, everything very clean, sanitized while I watched. Very little pain, I now have two beautiful pierced ears that have healed well thanks to the detailed aftercare instructions I was given. Thanks, Jeff!
