Booked by calling no. from www.southbaytowncar. for a recent trip. Pick up from home was on time. My return flight into LAX came in around 1am and the driver was not there despite my giving them the time, flight info and my number. Called several times and no one picked up the phone. Finally, had to wait 30 minutes to get a cab in the middle of the night!!! Use at your own risk
