I hired them for my Mom and they don't seem to screen who works for them. They sent us one who seemed very angry that she was even there and she wouldn't speak to my mom the whole time. Another one did nothing about chatter on and on about her personal problems. One just didn't show up and another was just an emotional mess. Pretty awful. Hard to believe these people are here to help seniors.
