About a year after I had my home built, I had Arrow install a nice vinyl fence. I was asked for a copy of my survey and they did the rest. Recently, the home next door was surveyed during a sale and my new neighbor informed me that a large part of my yard was on his side of the fence. He said that this legally made it his land, but he would allow me to move my fence prior to him having his own fence installed (he wants to enclose the rest of his property). I spoke with Eddie at Arrow who came out and took a look. He stated that he would take care of it (move the fence) and said that ""the sticker on the fence is your warranty"" and that Arrow stands behind their work. Eddie said that he could not correct it right away and wanted time to offer my new neighbor an estimate on his new fence and hopefully move my fence while installing the new one next door. Six months have passed and I started calling Arrow about a month ago. No one ever returns my calls. I finally spoke with David Ross today who says that they will not move my fence and that it is somehow my fault that they put it in the wrong location.
...and that sticker on my fence? it's just a useless sticker with their name on it...
UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner. He took plenty of time to discuss this with me and seemed like he genuinely cared. He gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had any more problems and had his crew quickly moved my fence.
