Office installed, but custom countertop cut in 2 places. Sent manager out a week later. Ordered only 2 pieces to be replaced after I questioned the matching of the dark color. Showed up 2 weeks later... color was off. Waited for manager to come back out. Now waiting another 2 weeks for the entire counter top to be replaced. If I don't call, I wouldn't know what was going on or when it would be installed. In the mean time, I can't organize my office. It's been a month. Even the owner who got involved was suppose to call me back after checking on alternatives... Haven't heard from him in a week. Should have refused to pay that final payment. Bet that would have gotten them moving a bit faster.
