I had a terrible experience where after I told them only to give me tests that my insurance paid for, they gave me optional tests and charged me over $100. When I tried to explain I had asked for only the basics, they rudely told me that it was too late. I left crying!! My dad went back later and got my refund. I switched immediately, but my dad stayed a Gemini customer until this last week. He went to the Beavercreek office and needed to return his glasses that were too big for his face. He agreed to the restocking fee (which he was told was 15% on the phone and 20% in the office) and all charges, but the lady said that she was going to walk out of the room so that he couldnt ask her opinion on anything and ""blame"" her for anything. She was so rude that my dad has decided to switch to Lens Crafters. more
