A small, friendly, simple, quality restaurant. For lunch, I had the $8.95 plate of fried butterfly shrimp, fried okra, mashed potatoes and gravy with hush puppies. It took about 25-30 minutes for my order to arrive, though there were at least a dozen tables and only 2 waitresses in sight. The food arrived hot and fresh, and was very tasty.
By noon, customers were seated at every table! I did notice that they had a ""daily luncheon special"" posted, priced at (I think) less than $6.00. Since my coupon was for a free meal, I chose the seafood instead.
