I ordered almost $300 worth of travel supplies and 9 days later, they are not here and I'm traveling tomorrow. Customer service was completely worthless, saying that I needed to read the fine print and that things can take even longer to arrive. They wouldn't do anything for me at all, not even a return label for return shipping of these items that I now do not need. Worthless. Will never use them again for anything.
