I ordered a 21 inch round mesh pool cover. It arrived about 3 days later, which was GREAT. The cover is fine but the line is about 2 feet short of reaching around the pool. I called customer service which sent me to the internet. After HAVING to take the time to become a member, when I entered my invoice # it says it's not the right #. It IS the # they gave me! All I wanted was the correct line that's long enough to go ALL the way around the pool. It such a simple mistake for them to remedy, but I can't even reach them. Until they do, I will take my business elsewhere.
