If it was possible to rate it at 0 stars, I would. I got two tires from them that looked good before they mounted them, but when I took my car to Firestone to get the wheels balanced (because of a vibration at 55-65 MPH), the service manager told and showed me that the tires cannot be saved. The tires I got from CT were cracked on the inside sidewall and one of them had a shifted belt, essentially an egg in the middle of the tread. That's where my vibration came from. I got the tires from CT within the last two weeks and did not run either of them flat. I got shafted $80 for two tires and since it's cash only and there's no paper trail, I have no recourse. I just had to shell out close to $500 for new tires from Firestone to replace the two from CT and the two I was going to have CT replace. I will tell everyone far and wide to avoid this place. I've never had a bad experience with used tires before this place and should have just gone to Firestone in the first place. Even when I told the mechanic I just got the tires replaced, he immediately asked ""CT Tires, right?"" When I said yes, he looked down and shook his head. I'm apparently not the first person to get screwed by CT and have Firestone fix the problem.
