THe kids club staff are great with kids but when they get full, the rest of the staff doesn't seem to care. The person who is on-call was too busy to come. When I signed up for kids club I specifically asked what happened when they got too full. I was told it would never happen because there was always several on call staff for kids club. So. I had to wait till other people picked up their kids. I hate it when companies lie. I wouldnt be upset if he said you might have to wait a while but your kids safety is most important. Grr
