Had dinner with my sisters. After waiting for 30 minutes I asked one of the food prep people to check the status on my order. There was about 8-10 people waiting for their order as well. The manager said they experienced problems from their register to their printer in the prep area. I returned 15 minutes later to check the status, the assistant manager (in training) named Noe said he was doing the best he could and walked away. I asked him to come back and he left me without an explanation. I spoke to his manager who said he was ""young and in training."" I told her that young man has no business being in a position of responsibility. I received my order 42 minutes later.
Get your burgers elsewhere or do NOT deal with Noe, immature and not qualified to take your burger order.
