S&S is a truly terrible A/C company. They charged me $300 to do a warranty-covered repair on unit still under warranty that they installed. They claimed that since I didn't sign up for an annual service contract, they couldn't honor the manufacturer warranty. Ummm, where is that in the warranty paperwork? Funny thing is that the $300 repair didn't fix the problem, but simply fixing a loose wire (for free) did fix it. Yet they still charged me $300 for needless repair that should have been covered under warranty. Seeing these other similar reviews, have no idea how this place is still in business. Don't do business with companies you can't trust!
