The movers called the day of to say they could not make it due to the larger truck having mechanical issues. They asked if I could move the next day. Normally I might have been able to but not this time. I asked them to find another truck or go with a smaller one since I had already moved most boxes and wouldn't need the largest truck. They said the smaller trucks were booked all day. I explained that I must move that day. They ended up getting a truck from one of the ""partners"" and called three times to get the directions because they ended up in the wrong alley.
