We purchased a 2011 Nissan Armada. I love my vehicle. This model did not come equipped with the DVD headrest so we decided to have them installed by the dealership. BIG MISTAkE!!! We were notified that the head rest were in so we drove to pensacola and dropped it off. We recieved a phone call that they ordered the wrong headrest, the stictching was the wrong color. so we picked up the vehicle and had to bring it back the following week. The lady Jolie says to make it up to us she would deliver the car to our home with a full tank of gas. She did deliver it with gas and a DENT in the back. And now the DVD player doesn't work. No sound in one and no picture or sound in the other. I called General Manager (Emory). Said he would see what he can do for me. That was Saturday. Today is Wednesday. No call. He said he would call Monday, HMMMM. Dent remover guy was suppose to be here at 10 am today. It is 12:30 no word. HMMMM. Jolie says I can bring my vehicle back to her she will repair DVD player. Really, Is she to be trusted???? This is my 3rd and last vehicle purchased from Sandy Sansing.
