This place's customer service is the PITS! They made promises re: the steaming of a dress at purchase but of course after the purchase when I called back to follow up totally different criteria. First I was told you can drop off the dress and have pick up the same day; after calling I was told no it takes 1+ week for you to get your dress back. ""We're booked! Oh wait if you pay us then we can 'find some time' for you to get the dress earlier"" What a rip off!
