I wouldnt know if they have great service or not seeing as how I tried to call and ask a simple question and was rudely brushed off by the owner. Perhaps she is not a morning person...who knows? Either way, its never a good idea to make assumptions about the person calling...I was planning to ask for her prices but didnt even get that far! Rude! I've worked in customer service long enough to know that the food service industry is frustrating but having a negative attitude will cause you to lose business. I wont be suggesting J & J's to anyone I know.
