Westland Estates has just been reported to the City of Westland and Wayne County Health Dept for a rodent problem which management has failed to correct and continues to postpone correcting. My elderly mother lives here and she and at least one neighbor have had rodent issues. Paula is on-site management and when I called her to discuss my mother's apartment rodent situation she told me that she is an ""excellent manager."" The place has still yet to be exterminated. Excuses, excuses, excuses.
