I am a middle age white male who enjoys quiet and values safety. This apartment is run as a refuge for people from north Minneapolis who bring their behaviors with them. The kids run wild in a pack, other tenants issue threats and drink in the parking lot. The person who brings the alcohol also gives it (beer and brandy) to minors. The property manager looks the other way because she also runs her own ministry, and it appears she doesn't care who she rents to. So if you're white and value your safety, LOOK ELSEWHERE!
