the best you can say about them is maybe your pipes wont break after the winter,then again, maybe and 1.25 will get you a clark bar.They should change the name,sweetwater was something back in the day....new owner who knows nothing about pools or how to deal with people,a couple of people there know their stuff....so ask for the guys who know their stuff if you use them. the girls in the office are great but really,they arent the ones doing the work. I'm an ex employee. i was told to learn to fix heaters via the internet,think about that....natural gas,pilot flames, your property and....youtube. don't worry though if they f something up you will be placated by their white collar service,whatever that is. two of the three other reviews here are from former employees. the don't bother using them is an actual customer and their review is typical of what i saw there.good luck.
