Good luck getting a hold of anyone. Nothing is done when they say it'll get done, nor do they hold to what they tell you at the consultation. Get everything in writing or they will try and say one thing and do another. Good luck getting in touch with the main photographer. We called several times and left messages with people (and voicemails, texts, etc.) and they were rarely passed on. Not one thing was done when they said it would be. At one point after emailing and calling, I didn't hear from anyone for 11 days, and I was the one that called that day to finally get someone. From what I've found, I am not the only one. The photos look good, but good luck ever receiving them. We are still waiting on what we paid for. Especially for something as important as a wedding, stay far away from this place. I'm glad we found this out before our wedding and fired them.
