We have a small business where we need a random parts for all kind of different cars. Its hard to find them at one place and thats why we shop all over the United States. This was not the first time I place an order and I do know that they are used parts. Thats why when I looked at their car-parts rating I check that it is in A condition which is good. On the phone I double checked as well that it is in good condition. When I got my part, it had broken tabs and I have to pay extra money to get them weldet. It wasted my time and money. When I called them to return my part, they expect me to pay my own shipping. Why should I? They lie on their review and on the phone just to sell their product. The sales person didnt let me talk to anybody but himself. What a poor company.
