The customer service is reasonably well but it's a waste of time to sell your items there. After carefully analyzing and pricing your items, the clerks call you up to give you either your rejected items or the cash. The cash is extremely minimal compared to what the items sale for in the store. As I was waiting for my items to be priced, I checked out the merchandise for sale and many of the dressers, tables and other furniture was selling for up to $150.00. But based on what I received for my items I sold, it's a fraction of what they sell it for. You are better off having a yard sale, using ebay or craigslist.
