They claimed a 30 day cancellation policy... but pay attention to the fine print. We cancelled during the first week of October and since then have been charged full monthly rate TWO additional times since we officially cancelled. Their employees flatly answer that this is the policy and there's nothing that can be done. I feel like we were deceived and that's the way that they do business. I strongly encourage anyone to think twice about signing any contract with Healthplex.
