When a dispute began over the charges for towing my car, the owner of U.S. Metro Towing made a series of insults toward my wife and I including: ""You must be retarded"", ""I sleep on a pillow full of $100 bills, and now I'm gonna put your money in it"", and ""Get your piece of cr?p off my property"". Some of these things were said several times each. The owner of U.S. Metro Towing is an Iraq war veteran who's taken his militaristic attitude to Flagstaff where he lets his temper erupt like the barks of a junk yard dog. He lurks around downtown parking lots looking for his next score, and when he catches someone he's sure to treat his victims with disdain, to yell and insult them as much as he can before giving the keys back.
Stay away from U.S. Metro Towing. The owner is too hot headed to run a business.
2 large grease marks were left on my vehicle, presumably by the hands of the same guy with the dirty mouth - the owner of U.S Metro Towing.
