I just started a small internet business and I needed to clear my basement so I could turn it into a home office. Naturally, I had all kinds of stuff there, including a few valuable family furniture. They had no place in my living room and I couldn't find it in myself to sell them.
I rented out a 5x8x8 room and I was happy to get one with climate control features. Since I was already there, I stocked a few computer supplies there too. I have 24-hour access and they have surveillance so I felt secured leaving my stuff in their storage facility.
