I am renting from a condo owner in this building and can confirm that there are several staff members that bring the rating way down. There is one doorman and one maintenance tech that go out of their way to be rude to me. The assistant manager is rude, condescending and not very bright. (I suspect she is 75Sasha and wrote ""false review below""-scroll down, you'll see) The manager is a nice guy, but I suspect he relies on his incompetent assistant for too much. The people that I rent from are cool and that is why I will renew my lease should I choose to stay in Chicago, but I would never buy in this building as long as Wolin-Levin is the management company.
