First of all let me start by saying if you are a seasoned vegetarian or health food connoisseur this place is NOT for you. I was disappointed. Just because some of the food had some tofu and non meat dishes doesn't make it healthy. The food was drenched in grease and salt. However, I do think its a "healthier" alternative to some restaurants and its a nice way to ease people into a vegetarian lifestyle because the food does taste like Cuban food mixed with some Indian. If your looking for AUTHENTIC Vegan/Vegetarian go elsewhere.
