I just returned from 1 year service overseas and am currently working 2 jobs. 7 days a week. I recently received a notice from the park manager, that I had to many vehicles as per my lease agreement and had to get rid of 1 of my vehicles, I was given a 15 day notice. I spoke to the manager 2 days later and told him that I was placing my Ford Pick-up for sale as soon as I used it to remove some scrap material from rental property my brother owns.He stated that it would not be a problem. The scrap material was taken to recycling on Tuesday of last week. The truck was placed up for sale but I also needed time to install my camper to sell with the truck, that was to have been done on Saturday but I was called into work on that day. The manager had my truck impounded YESTERDAY, Monday the 31st.. Management went against his word in this matter and thinks it's funny. The vehicle was legally parked and in perfect running condition and had a FOR SALE sign clearly posted in the window. There are 3 licensed drivers living here and all the vehicles are licensed. I work Monday-Friday in Moses Lake from 1:30 until 10:30 for the Air Force and weekends in Coeurd'lene from 2 PM until 2;30 AM on the weekends and was doing what I could to get my truck sold.Management is irresponsible, untrustworthy and dishonest. There are several other examples of his his inability to perform his job that I will not go into at this time, but I suggest that you DO NOT consider renting lot space in this park, you will regret it, I plan on moving out this coming spring due to the problems caused by management here.
