As always, the ladies are professional and courteous. However, the last few visits to both Poulsbo and Silverdale have left me a little miffed. Lots of cuts to cuticles, some very brief massage time and if they are in a hurry with me, I worry they are in a hurry with cleanliness and safety. Love the way my mani and pedi's look, but am concerned about the other. They have always been my first choice due to the great job they do and the cleanliness. Hope it turns around.
