Every summer, usually in the midst of the heat wave, my overworked 12 year old A/C system seems to act up. I call Walt's and they seem to make room for us. They actually try to walk you through some troubleshooting steps on the phone, and they try to isolate the problem. They're very patient and they arrive in a good mood and fix the issue.
