HAD TO FILE COMPLAINT WITH CREDIT CARD TO TRY AND GET MONEY BACK. I've never had a worse purchasing experiance. I ordered a new, not scratch and dent, dishwasher. They brought me a BROKEN dishwasher, that I couldn't see how damaged it was from inspecting it for a minute while the installer was there but was painfully obvious when I tried loading -- The bottom rack won't roll in and out. I had many conversations over three days and from the beginning to the end they would not ever agree to replace the unit or refund my money. I started communication within half and hour of instillation. The dishwasher was in the box with they brought it to me. I want to know how they say the damage was only cosmetic, if it was in the box and why they would give me a damaged unit in the first place. Their 'service team' man was knelling on the floor, holding the the rack like a baby, so it would stay on the track. more
